Throughout the entire process (ordering, shipping, and delivery) Off the Wagon Shop provided emails to keep me in the loop. The items game delicately packaged (I was a little nervous since I had fragile item) but everything arrived in mint condition. Item descriptions are accurate, too. I am very satisfied!

Wow what an awesome place! There was so much to look at and they had the best stuff! I loved all that they had and everyone was very friendly! I will definitely be shopping here again when I am in the area. Making a special trip to do some holiday shopping here!
