The service is good but the facility and the location sucks. Too many homeless in the area. They could have a great facility with UTA, Greyhound bus and Amtrak, however they certainly missed the mark with this facility. They should have used the old Union Pacific or Rio Grande bulings or built something newer and similar to those.

Too many homeless people asking for money. The same guy will come by every day and ask for money for a bus ticket.
