Me and my friend rode with Gary last night and it was an incredible experience. He was a true professional and his experience and expertise allowed us to trust him and feel very safe. He was adamant about weather being perfect to fly and didn’t rush the ride. His wife and family were extremely pleasant and attentive and helped to make our experience even more enjoyable. Her photos were amazing! She got some really good shots to add to our memories. Would definitely recommend!

This was a amazing experience we will never forget!! Seeing a Bald Eagle fly above the Candlewood Lake was beautiful. Thank you to Gary, Kim and their 2 helpers for making this possible.

Wow! This was a seriously awesome adventure for my daughter and I for her 18th birthday. After a year of rapid fire disappoints in 2020 due to Covid (no prom, limited HS commencement, changes in college, limited bday celebration, etc), we decided the give 2020 a big push back and do something outside the box and this was certainly what the doctor ordered!nWe were following behind light rain and with the sun setting behind us and being up in the air, we experienced a fully ROUND rainbow....it was pretty darn amazing! (not to mention, probably once in a lifetime)nGary, Kim and the team were simply awesome and his attention to detail and safety quickly put us at ease. Looking forward to doing it again!

I've flown with pilot Gary Tyo in his hot air balloon several times and my wife and daughter have also flown with him. My 80 year old mother even went up with Gary once and loved it! Gary and Kim are great and the balloon is beautiful (very colorful) If you take a balloon ride with Gary, you won't be disappointed as he is simply the best! Enjoy a great ballooning experience with Gary and Kim Tyo at Mid-Ohio Balloon Adventures.
