There is obvious miscommunication going on here. My 1st visit I asked a lot of questions so as to not have any problems switching eye places. I was under the impression after paying half down, that I could get the glasses & pay the other half in payments monthly, turned out, the glasses have to be paid IN FULL before getting them. That is NOT what I was initially told!! AFTER insurance the glasses were still around $500.00 out of pocket. I also asked about what happens if vision isn't right in the glasses I ordered (the eye exam done elsewhere), I was told & assured I could get a one time (NO extra charge) for new lenses AND exam, no charge, IF needed, that was NOT true either!! I was later told by different staff member, not only would I have to pay for lenses, I'd have to pay for another eye exam!!! So, it turns out, the frames are cheap, I've had 5 times to get frames adjusted, they still bother me, plus, I didn't even get to pick out an eyeglass case, they choose for me. I had a rough time adjusting to the new lenses, although the eye exam was done at a different place, I went on the word of what was told by the staff member that waited on me. I also went in 2 x with a list of questions BEFORE ordering, so to not have any problems or complications going here. I had went to my previous place for many years, but, after moving, it just made sense to try local. I am planning on going back to my original eye Dr. and driving the distance. Make them give you anything in writing!!! I don't like being told there 'was miscommunication' when I double checked on what I was initially told, then, told otherwise. Not good for business. I also would email them to no avail. I had to stay away after getting the glasses, as I had gotten sick, then the Pandemic started. I was sick for a while, then told by Jon that my warranty was up! I guess I should've went in while sick & contagious from strep throat.
