The store manager was very nice and extremely helpful. We came in late and it was right before closing and they had no issue staying over to help us with the ring purchase. Her sales associates were also very nice and helpful. Will definitely go back to this location!

I didnt go in there asking for the world. I needed a necklace for a Christmas gift and Betsy showed me options within the price range I gave her. She was decently friendly and didn't seem super pushy. Overall a quick and pleasant experience.
I've had the best experience with Kay's Jewelers Piqua Ohio they bent over backwards for me to find my dream ring and work so hard to make the financing work. They work together as a team to get my other ring size for my other finger. I absolutely love their warranty on their jewelry, no one else can compare. Thank you Kay's Jewelers Piqua Ohio!
I've been a Kay Jewelers customer for years with a high level of satisfaction at many locations but NOT THIS ONE! My wife and I have had a terrible experience there designing her custom ring. They didn't stay in communication with us through the process, the staff wasn't knowledgeable about the process and even promised us things they couldn't deliver! They constantly did not meat deadlines that they provided. It was a terribly frustrating experience. I would highly recommend using a different location!
