Great place to park your car near the airport. The shuttles are always running back and forth so you are rarely waiting to either get to the airport or back to your car from the airport.
The app is easy to use with one word of caution - sometimes the scanner doesn't work correctly and you have to wait for an attendant to help. But they are usually pretty close by.
All in all recommend the Parking Spot.
The Parking Spot was super easy and convenient. The shuttle picked us up fast both arriving at the Parking Spot and the airport. I have used other parking services for the airport and the shuttle takes forever to pick me up and I would always see the Parking Spot shuttle one after another coming to the airport while I was waiting for my shuttle. I would use them more often, if it wasn’t so expensive. I went on the Labor day deal so it was cheaper. If they lowered their prices I would park there every time. The shuttle drivers where extremely helpful and offered each time to take our bags for us to put them on or off the shuttle. I would recommend using the Parking Spot. I gave a 4 out 5 just for the cost. The service was perfect.
The app is easy to use and so convenient. Having shuttles that come with such great frequency that you don’t have to wait is a tremendous plus. The drivers were helpful and curious and clean cut. I felt very safe and well taken care of. I read reviews of several parking companies before choosing The Parking Spot and I’m so glad I chose then as the experience was stress free, reliable and as a woman, I felt safe.
It's easy to get in and get out of the parking area. The self service is so nice and not needing to print anything out is convenient. The discount for prepaying is awesome! I might add that the transportation van has always been there ready to go once I've gotten out of my vehicle.
Door to door service! And practically no wait time. It’s a few minutes from the airport, but as soon as we parked, the shuttle came by to pick us up from our parked car - no lugging our bags to some stop. And we were handed a business card with our parking spot. Dropped off at the rental car part of the airport, but it’s a short walk into the terminal. Then when we landed, we called to say we need a shuttle and a shuttle came within 5 minutes. And same thing - we were dropped where our car was parked. Great experience all around!
