Our mail lady has lost our mail, given it to the wrong house and left it laying in the snow. Glad when I call to file a complaint it doesn't help because she still does it. Pretty sad when you have important mail going to a neighbor on a different street and with a different house number. WOW Now I have asked for a redeliver twice on something from 2/16 and she still has not brought it.
I'm giving them 1 star is because their customer service is HORRIBLE. I ordered something on Amazon last Friday. I was suppose to get on Sunday. It's Thursday and I still haven't received it. I called this carrier annex several times about my package. They took my phone number so they can call me back about this issue. I haven't heard back from them. Don't ask for my number and NOT return my call. They told what the problem was....apparently the address shipping label was with my first name on the first line, my last name on the address line and my address was visible on the label. I just don't see the problem with delivering the item even with a visible address on the label. I even called the 1-800 number and complained about the issue and they didn't do anything. They lost my package and they are refusing to deliver it to me. My mail carrier is usually good at giving all my mail that I see on the informed delivery. I never ever had a problem with this issue! I even had another package delivered from Amazon (ordered on the same day) and I got it delivered....but of all items....I get this problem. I just feel like I'm going to have go up there and talk to someone in person and try to get receive the package in person...before trying to get a replacement from Amazon.

Just called again for 5 minutes no answer, call again later and they pretend they can't hear you or they need new phones. I've never had an issue calling anyone ever on my phone. I've already had my stimulus check sent back twice because they don't update the information I've given them on 3 different occasions SAD business
I look forward to the day the USPS is held accountable.nPrivatizing the postal service will be such a wonderful improvement.
