I would like to thank Kimberly Blair at the post office and Lisa at the Carrier annex for going above and beyond. I had an anniversary gift arriving on the day of my anniversary, due to miscommunication by the sender the package was not where it was supposed to be. Lisa offered to drive it to my house if she found it on her way home from work. No one does that kind of thing any more. When the package was found at the post office, Kimberly called me and stayed late after her shift, and after the post office was closed, so I could sign for it and pick it up. It is nice to see that I live in a place where people are still willing to help despite the inconvenience it incurs. Thank you for helping me have a great anniversary!
Byron was so kind and helpful. There was a long line and people were getting frustrated but he was calm, kind, and helpful.
Inaccurate tracking, and a lazy mailman who prefers to stuff boxes in my mailbox, damaging it, as oppose to driving it to the house. Not to mention, from time to time, I get my neighbors mail too.
Shout out to Roberta! My package was mistakenly delivered else where no biggy it happens! She so kindly helped me track it down staying in close contact with a kind heart and a great attitude!! Thank you Roberta!!!! And all who are working hard to deliver our items during this time!
