We have used Avail at the SLC Airport location several times. We have had several early morning flights and are always greeted with a friendly smile! Great transportation to and from the airport. (its so nice to not have to chase the Airport Shuttle down the road)! When we arrive home, our vehicle is always clean too! No brushing off snow in the winter months! I have recommended this service to several friends as well! INCREDIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
I've used Avail a few times now and every time has been an excellent experience. Their staff is super friendly and they go out of their way to be helpful. It's easy to schedule and drop-off my car, and it always looks great when I return. Also, their shuttle is quicker than other parking places I've used in the past. I'm a loyal customer for life now. I highly recommend parking with Avail!
I shared my car through Avail while I was traveling for a few days. Overall I was extremely pleased with the experience - free parking/shuttle to the airport, free car wash and vacuum, and the potential to earn some money while I was gone! Everyone I interacted with was extremely pleasant and helpful, and I felt that my car was in good hands. My car didn't end up getting used at all during the 4 days I left it with Avail, so I can't comment on that part of the service.
My only complaint is that I wasn't made aware of the extra step for pick-up if your flight arrives after 11 pm. I had to dig through the customer service FAQ's on their website to find the number that I needed to call for the shuttle to come get me. I'm glad I went looking around for that info, otherwise I could have been waiting there for awhile!
Other than that, everything went smoothly and I arrived home from my trip to a sparkling clean car and zero parking fees to pay! Couldn't ask for more.
We went on vacation and came back to a car that was substantially cleaner than when we dropped it off. This company has great customer service every step of the way. This is a great idea with free parking and shuttle to and from the airport, we will definitely be using again.
My girlfriend and I rented a car in Salt Lake City and were incredibly happy with the Jetta we got. It was a perfect car to visit family in and even have space to haul the nephews. I did everything through the app which is very user friendly.
