In the past I have been in other homeless shelters like us vets in Las Vegas Nevada Which Wich s u r a vet I highly recommended for you if you are homeless I arrived here at the road home in August trying to meet up with a girlfriend and I have been here every since it will be a year in August at this time is July well when I first got here I was surprised there were so many homeless and if there were so many looky-loos people who are homeless come here to see the homeless or whatever they were interested in 3 weeks later law enforcement roles in by the hundred grabbing everybody's attention trying to set things right and make things right for a better coexistence for the homeless and those who work here at the shelter I'm just change had taken place without resistance there were some tough times things always manage to work out very good for both parties the law and the homeless shelter and the co-workers staff there can be thousands here and knowing that nobody is perfect there can be problems and no system is perfect all the people who are here trying to work those problems out with remedies an act as soon as possible some are here for days some for weeks and some years me myself 1 year very soon it's getting time for me to go and I've been taking thoughts on it the road home works and it's all up to the individual what he makes it and how it works for him I feel very lucky to have a place to stay where I've been able to help myself and be able to get with somebody that I love very much thank you very much road home and thank God it's been a blessing
