Some of the highest quality granite in the mahoning valley for the price. The office staff is extremely helpful and polite. From measure to install was only two weeks long. The installers are very professional and do a great job. Job site was cleaner when the left then when they got there. If you’re looking for good quality granite at a good price then signature is what you’re looking for in the Youngstown area. We will be purchasing granite in the future from them.
A very positive experience, from choosing the granite to the installation. We are very pleased with the look of the granite with our cabinets, back splash, and floor. Everything matches perfectly. The installation went smoothly and was done in the time frame they quoted. A big thank you to the two guys who did our installation. They worked very hard and left our house neat and clean! Thank you for a pleasant experience.
Very friendly and helpful staff. The installation was well done. A month after installation we accidentally damaged an area of the granite and the owner Tom was very helpful in getting the damage repaired. Thank you! Highly recommended.
Grant was very professional the picking out process went great!! Price was fair to. The installation process not so hot. Low level of respect for my home and property and the added cigarette butts in my driveway was the icing on the cake. Not sure I would recommend them to my friends ud83dudc4e
I’m going to start off by saying I never do reviews. But the installers just left and they installed our island countertop and the whole process was seamless and amazing. I love my countertop!!! My husband is a huge proponent of reading reviews before he chooses a company for a service or product and he was a little on the fence because there were some reviews from the past that weren’t great. However, we decided to go with this company because I did find a quartz stone that I loved and I hate that there are such bad reviews. James and Grant in the office were so helpful! They let me know of timeline changes (that actually benefited me). The timeline was exactly as he quoted originally so there were no huge surprises with that. The price was what I would expect for the product we got. The installers, Zack and Mike, were amazing!!! They showed up as expected per the timeframe they gave us.They immediately got straight to work, the whole process took I believe right under a couple hours and they were very informative when it came to what product to use and how to manage our new counters. I feel as though they really went above and beyond and I can’t wait to have the rest of our counters installed here soon. I would highly recommend this company without a doubt!
