This barn is great. Super friendly and honest people. The horses are taken care of very well and the barn is spectacular.

absolutely amazing place. took our daughter for her birthday and was absolutely amazed at the training and how well they did with our girls.

I rarely leave unfavorable reviews but felt compelled too after my experience.. First the driveway is a long one with lots of potholes and rocks you have to dodge. Bought a brand new car and my front bumper has a hole in it from a rock. Car still had the 30 day tags on. The barn is extremely dusty when people are riding. You can barely breathe and have to step out every once in a while. Lots of animals in and out, running around the arena when you’re trying to ride. The response I heard is they’ll learn when a horse runs them over. My daughter leases a horse and one time she was just riding for fun in the arena. It’s never overly busy in there but when it is, people are targeted for crowding others. Then screamed at by the owner and bullied for not following “show rules”. My daughter does not show and not interested in it. Luckily she has a thick skin and brushed it off. Also this is just in my opinion and possibly poor taste but sometimes music is played that is not kid friendly, 9 year old, lots of cussing and swear words. Others this might not bother. The barn is also very dark with a lot of broken lights or missing light bulbs. I feel bad for the horses sometimes because not only is there no light, but zero ventilation when it’s hot out. Like sitting in an oven. Some days we couldn’t even go to the barn because we knew how the inside would feel.

Our horse trainer boarded here. Lessons were allowed and then banded. My young children were devastated and didn't understand. The arena area where they were training was disgusting and filthy. To cold in the winter and nasty breathing in the dust. I would never allow my children to ride here again. Let alone board a horse.

I never go out of my way to leave bad reviews but I would like to save others from dealing with what my daughter and I have while boarding here. We boarded our 2 horses here for about 5 months until we could get our property ready for them to come home, my daughter cleaned stalls and fed horses one day every weekend. We were told to remove our horses literally in a day because my daughter posted a factual post on her personal fb page about her horse sweating without a fan, they will charge you 15 extra per horse per month for a fan even with full board, we boarded for 10 years at the same place and always had a fan provided if it was really hot. She called my daughter a loud mouth brat to me personally when all she did was defend herself. Everyone that knows her, knows she doesn't harass people, she barely talks to anyone let alone harass people. I received texts constantly about this or that and it never stopped, she was yelled at for calling a horse owner about her horse coughing, harassed for things she didn't do nor did the owner see or witness because she was at horse shows at the times she said things happened. She yelled and threatened me because my daughter carried her 7 week old puppy around instead of leaving him in a hot car.nFacts: Hay is moldy, it changes all the time which caused our mare to have watery manuren-Hay was smoldering once from being baled wet and brown inside when broken openn-Arena has been so dusty you can't see who's riding on the other siden-The barn is dark, the lights are off so they are in the dark mostlyn-You cannot bring any dog in this facility, not even a service dog, but the owners dogs run free there and use the arena as a bathroomn-She wants paid board in cash, I will not say why she stated she required cash, but you can never find anyone to give it to and that's a lot of cashn-She yells at lesson kidsn-my daughter was not always told when new horses would come or if there were feed changes so she could feed properly, horses come and gon-She was yelled at by a boarder for giving moldy hay even though she searched through the hay to find flakes that weren't moldy and let the owner know about the hayn-the place looks nothing like the website photosnI could go on but I won't, save yourself the trouble and read the reviews here. Or just go check it out, the long drive to the barn is so filled with potholes you might not make it though. Our horses are now staying with an amazing friend for the next 2 weeks until we bring them home and we are relieved they are not spending one more day there.
