Shout out to Joe and staff at Wellington post office, I have fragile shipments of hatching eggs that come in regularly and they call me to let me know when my packages arrive so I can pick them up in person, great service
If only they could fix the parking lot. it is ridiculous. I come here often and my car doesn't deserve to get sunked in by craters. Its like off roading just to drop a package off. The holes are getting bigger and bigger.
I went there to stop a package from getting delivered to my old address because I hadn't gotten my address change in on time and Jessica was super helpful and patient with me and got it back for me! Thank you so much! Great friendly service every time I go there!
Our carrier will simply leave a note in your box telling you that you have a package at the Post Office without attempting to deliver. I've called and complained twice, and they make excuses for her.
