Absolutely the WORST travel agency on the planet. Thanks Penny for nothing. After having to cancel our trip to Italy due to an emergency, she never called us back to see if my husband and I could get even a partial refund or voucher for $1100 tickets. She just called the airline and said they can’t go and canceled it all together. She didn’t even try for a voucher. She NEVER offered insurance and has very poor communication skills. Run and run fast.
There are many travel agents that go above and beyond.... this isn't one of them.
Rude. Unknowledgeable. Ignorant.
