Flint Ridge State Memorial is a beautiful Park for a woodsy walk, but also am AMAZING place for seeing a small part of the 20 miles of flint ridge from which native Americans took flint to create tools for the past 12,000 years. Rich, rich history of Ohio. We are but a speck in the historical timeline of people's who have inhabited this area. Visit and learn!

Park is open but restrooms and museum are not. Trails are marked and the hike is pretty. Terrain is hilly. There is a short paved path, too with educational info.

Beautiful park with a couple miles of trails passing by the flint pits. We pushed a one year old in a stroller and a 4 year old walked, it was challenging but doable.

Great place to walk and get away from the city life.
