It's been a long time since I've entered a Claire's boutique. We had one in Euclid mall growing up. Prices were higher than I expected, but the promos were decent and the customer service was very good!

Heather is everything! She was kind, nice, patient, and showed lots of interest in my 9 year old who had visited there for the 2nd time! Heather assisted my little girl so well during her time there and was very friendly and conversational with me and my 12 year old girl while we waited!nnThank you Heather and Claire’s, for a memorable and fun shopping experience.
