i got my ears (lobes) pierced twice here and they got infected both times. i have a scar on both ears from the piercing. would recommend getting pierced with a needle at a tattoo shop.

My girls and I have gone here twice to get our ears pierced, BOTH TIMES we recieved Superb Guest Service!nnSpecial Thank you to Desiree! Don’t buy from here. I bought a chain and it shortly broke. I’ve been trying to return it for months but they’re closed even though showing online it’s open. I’m now out of my return window. I spoke to customer service and she accused me of lying that the store was closed even though I’ve physically gone multiple times. She then gave me the phone number to Zales claiming it was them and that she talked to the store and it’s open... this isn’t even Zales. Makes no sense. They want me to send it in for repair that I have to pay for when it broke in days.

Bad experience with the new manager. I kept telling her I didn’t want a warranty to the point where I didn’t wanna buy my earrings anymore. At first I was assisted by another girl but it seemed like she pushed her aside. I believe her name was Carly.
