I must say my experience at Howard's Jewelry particularly with Ken was awesome. Ken is very attentive, helpful, and aims to please. If you are looking for some beautiful pieces whether in the store or custom made Ken is your guy. I appreciate the good customer service that I received, it made spending my money worth while.

Went to Howard's just looking and the people were so friendly thoughtful and easy to work with they had figured out what I was looking for and got exactly what I needed I also went to another jeweler before that and I purchased from the staff at Howard jewelry. I prefer to buy from them than any other place the lady that worked with me was very fun inviting fix the budget and went with that I would definitely deal with them again and again. Thanks for all your help ladies your store was awesome

Great and local! We went there for our wedding bands and had them special ordered. Both bands came in faster than expected but the real treat was they came in under what they had quoted us and Howards passed on the savings to us with a credit instead of just taking the extra savings themselves as a larger profit! What jewelry company is doing this? Amazing and I don’t leave reviews often but they have earned my trust! Well done!

One of the things that I value more than anything is time. And when buying, well anything, ease and value. Ken, at Howard's, somehow was able to wrap up ease and value along with being very respectful of a life that's full. He was fair, honest, and hardworking. Highly recommend Howard's and they work they do!

I went to Howard’s Jewelry to have the main diamond on my ring replaced after it broke off and got lost. Sherry was my main point of contact. She brought out a handful of loose diamonds to pick from. While they were all beautiful, nothing jumped out and made me say “that’s the one.” She and another co-worker thought outside of the box and found a pendant on a necklace that I was able to use. Now THAT was the one! What a great idea that was. The finished product of my ring is absolutely beautiful! I’m so appreciative for those two working together to help with this.
