Went into to find pants for my 11 year old daughter who is basically adult sized. So she's in an awkward size clothing. I figured I'd look there. They did have good sales going on. ( of course 2 items I bought justice items didnt qualify ) but their pants selection was absolutely horrible in stretchy pants/sweat pants/athletic pants... they had I guess alot? But just terrible shape or horribly ugly. So no luck there. Which was disappointing. They did have some nice toys for younger children. Even worlds biggest doll house thing was giant!
I was at the Mentor location ,on January 18th, 2021, light snow. I had three bags of clothes and shoes to donate. I pulled around to the back to drop off my bags. I was Appalled by the Mess back there . All the Bins were overstuffed, there was bags and Hugh boxes overstuffed everywhere. Everything was wet...how can you sell that merchandise?nWe donate to help people. I ask the only attendant what was going on , she started they were waiting or a truck . I left with my donation and took it somewhere else were they Care.
So awesome really great prices the people are awesome and the store is clean and full 0f nice clothes.
Was nice clean and clerk very helpful left note looking for broken jewelry and that for craft project
