I dealt with 2 other places while making the decision for my post surgery options. The other places cannot hold a candle to Judy at Elegant Essentials in Mentor. My journey post surgery is as unique as my diagnosis and she didn’t try to put me into a box or impose her ideals on me. Very supportive and offered excellent suggestions based on my feedback. I really cannot recommend this store enough. Incredibly personable service and a great selection!

Great experience! Woman helping me was awesome! She made my wife and I feel very comfortable in an uncomfortable situation. This has been a difficult time and she made it easier for us. Will be back and will gladly refer to the Mentor store! The guy with the one-star reviews ONLY gives out one-star reviews (other than one) . Real easy to be critical hiding behind a keyboard and monitor.

I am surprised by the negative review. Really surprised. My first encounter with Elegant Essentials in Medina was in February of 2015, three months post bilateral mastectomy. I was referred by my plastic surgeon at the Cleveland Clinic. Since then I have visited the Medina store as well as the Mentor store. At both locations I received personalized attention, a full explanation of my options, as well as a complete explanation of billing procedures. Both locations have a large selection of products. Non billable items are rather pricey, but I have shopped extensively online and find that there are no bargain mastectomy supplies or garments. I felt respected and pampered. I'm so sorry the gentleman who wrote the one star review had such a negative experience.
