Went in to get a battery for my watch. Service was excellent replaced very fast. Also took the time to set time and date.nnUpdate was doing a micro adjustment on watch lost pin. Once again service at Dean's is 5 star. Got right on it and placed a new pin in my watch. Looked at bands and talked of options. Looked at a few watches. Great store highly recomend
Thank you for the customized ring for my daughter. The stone given to her by my aunt only has sentimental value, but is beautiful in its new setting. It will be worn with pride and evoke happy memories of a cherished loved one who has gone on to Heaven.
This family owned store is a rare gem that I just happened to come across today.... Cole was extremely patient, helpful and very knowledgeable in picking out that special wedding for my future husband!! I can't wait for him to see it, thank you again
Very friendly staff! I needed my wedding diamond reset and, even though I didn't purchase the ring at Dean's, they were attentive to my needs. I wasn't shopping for any new jewelry, but I'll remember the great service next time I'm looking for something special.
Wonderful and warm atmosphere. Everyone very friendly and helpful. I fell in love with a ring and I just couldn't leave without having it. I found out the gentleman that was helping me with what I came in to fo was the designer. His name is Jeff and he was wonderful. I will definitely be doing more business with Dean's in Mt. Vernon.
