This is our go to place for watch repairs or any jewelry needs! I just had my wedding ring resized, it was done in a few hours and perfect! The lady who works and/or owns the store is so kind & always makes it a pleasant experience. A Madison gem!

I used to go to this place for years before this guy owned it. I became friends with him until one day he was waiting on two old ladies. He was resizing the sweet ole ladies watch after several attempts he did it to her approval. I waited patiently with a cool esco piece. He didnt want to pay my asking price and ebay is the best guide to buy. I had waited for a long time to. I told him ok I have to go to work. Then he says dont go away mad I said I'm not mad. Then he runs his rude mouth. Then another ti.e before I brought some nice coins to him. I told him there was some good coins in them. Several sets ect. He pays me a few days later. Being like I said I thought we were pretty good friends he had bought a lot of stuff from me. Well he never would tell me what they were worth. I was really interested in the value no matter what he paid me. He never said and I learned then never will I go in there. It is overpriced unless he has lowered his prices. Plus treat people with respect and not keep information they should be told. He was so spent working on that watch for the old ladies he took his attitude on me after I waited patiently on him. That's why I'll never go back plenty of people who are glad to buy my things.

Terrible place to go! Everything is over priced and the owner will try to cheat you on certain products and your own products you bring in. Not family friendly or child friendly. Madison down town I understand is a place of business, but its major business is tourists and people on vacation with their families. Bottom line do not go in here unless you want to be ripped off. And keep your children far away.
