Called today which is a Sunday. Get a strange voice mail. No help. My insurance company answers seven days a week! If they pull their head out of their kiesters I may change my mind.nnI wish I could give a zero!nnSo I finally got a call back. It appears they are a third party dealer. Lady went on to get information. She flat out refused to send someone to look at the house or the car. Im making sure my mother-in-law goes to a real insurance company. Not someone that just takes your money!

Not sure what to say. It's an insurance office. Not a fun place to visit.
