Great team they have here at city creek! Awesome nursing management. Trevor the nurse is very on top of things and communicative when dealing with patients of mine that I have sent. Does an extraordinary job. 5 star team!

The administration and their staffs were really nice to me. Their service was good, and they were very helpful to me in everything that I needed there. And maybe because of the coronavirus pandemic, that I didn't get much treatment that needed it, and I was okay with that. But I got my health back, I feel good and strong again. So thank you city creek rehab especially your staffs with names that I will never forget for great service.(and I miss some of you already 😂😂😂lol).....Sincerely T.
