I've been going to Bella's for years primarily to make adjustments like sizing. I have come to trust their work, word, suggestions, and level of customer service over other shops. My fiance and I decided because of my experience through the years we would get our wedding bands from Bella. They very patiently walked us through the process and we can't wait to go back to pick up our rings when they're ready!

I found Bella Design a couple years ago when I was looking to upgrade my wedding set and I’m so glad I did! I shopped around but no one compared to the quality and price Bella Design offered. I’m not your typical buyer, I have very high expectations and a lot of people don’t have the patience or ability to meet those expectations. Not only did Rock surpass my expectations, he and his staff were very patient with me over the months I took to design my set. The end product was everything I had hoped for and more. Since then I’ve had another completely custom ring designed and produced by Rock and his team. They were able to take a photo and suggest a few changes to make another dream ring become a reality. I receive so many compliments on these pieces thanks to Bella Design. If you’re in the market for something custom that is produced with perfection go visit Rock!

The staff here is absolutely wonderful. Getting a beautifully designed engagement ring could not have gone better. I can't recommend them enough.

Last Friday night I dropped my (rather expensive) eye glasses on a tile floor - and broke the frame. Wow - I wear these glasses every weekday to work - and then in a split second - I can't wear them at all! Went to Bella Design Jewelers the next day (Saturday) and asked Rock if he could fix them. Rock looked at them (thoughtfully) and then ended up performing several tiny spot welds to put the frames together again. I was impressed. They folded correctly and everything. He added some epoxy for additional strength ... and suggested a charge of $15. What a great deal for me ... $15 to recover a pair of $200+ eye glasses!

What a wonderful experience at Bella Design Jewelers! I lost a stone in my engagement ring that is a unique shape. They were able to find the perfect match to it's matching stone and the quality of work was excellent! I feel they went above and beyond with customer service! Thank you so much!
