My Mom has been going to Chagrin Fine Jewelry for years, and with my recent experience, I now know why.nnEmily and Dan are so friendly and knowledgable, they made my experience at their store a delight.nnI was a little nervous taking a family ring in to be resized, since it is so old and fragile. But Dan made me feel so comfortable. He discussed what his plans would be for my ring as far as resizing, and redefining the engravings, as well as a good cleaning! When I went in to pickup my ring I could not have been happier! His work is incredible. I look forward to going back to their store again. Dan is a true artist!

Had my sapphire earrings fixed here. The ring that holds the stone setting to the rest of the earrings needed repaired. Did a gorgeous job. Also cleaned them and they look incredibly brilliant. Very happy. Thank you!
