After 20 years of wearing my wedding ring every minute of every day, it literally fell apart. Chad at Jackson Grey, was able to save my diamond and reset the stone into a brand-new setting that replicated the one my husband gave to me on our wedding day. The quality of the work was absolutely stunning and my ring has never sparkled as much and has never looked better. I was so sad about my original ring because of its sentimental value but when my husband surprised me on Valentine’s Day with my new ring I was speechless. My new ring is so gorgeous! I love, love, love, love, love it!!!!!

Can't say enough good things. I had an old gold elephant bracelet that was my grandma's and it constantly would break. Chad was very honest and let us now he is happy to fix it but it is going to continue to break over time. So after having him fix it multiple times I decided to go in and talk with them to see if there's anything we can do. We came up with an idea to turn into a necklace and we made it so all my sisters could have part of the bracelet in necklace form. With the leftover gold we ended up melting it down into rings. They turned out better than we could have ever imagine. We FaceTime to our grandpa to show him the necklaces and he was so touched to see us all have a piece of the bracelet that my grandma once wore. Can't thank Jackson Grey Jewelers enough, the exceeded our expectations. All three of us are so excited to be able to wear something of our grandmas every day. Thank you!

Chad helped me pick out a chain and cross for my boyfriend! His jewelry is such high quality and his service is great. I am fresh out of college and I was able to get the chain and cross for a price that I could afford :)
