I came across Brides By the Falls while searching online for bridal shops for my daughter. Based on the reviews alone I knew we had to come here. Turned out to be the best decision we made. Brides By the Falls also ended up being the only bridal shop we ever had to go to as my daughter found her dress on the first visit. What a truly incredible experience. Our sincerest thank you to Jennifer, the shop owner, for affording us such an amazing and memorable moment.

We had a wonderful experience at Brides by the Falls. Both ladies were so helpful.. There was never any pressure to choose a dress right away. They even let us take pictures which was so helpful. I would highly reccommend.

After going to almost every bridal boutique in Northeast Ohio and starting to panic I wouldn't find my dress, I went to Brides By the Falls. They offer a diverse selection of designers to fit most styles. What sets Brides By the Falls apart is their customer service. From the first phone call to picking up my dress, they never missed a beat.nnJennifer was so gracious and helpful during the whole process. The dress was ordered right at the beginning of Covid-19. We were a little worried it wouldn't arrive from Italy with enough time to allow for alterations. She stayed in contact with us and gave updates until it came in.nnSpeaking of alterations, their in house seamstress Sophia is the best. She put her own touches on my dress that made me love it that much more. It was all in the details. Alterations aside, Sophia is just an incredible woman and it was a joy to work with her.nnIf you're looking for an experience where you feel like a part of the family, Brides By the Falls should be on your list when searching for your perfect dress!
