I was nervous about staying in a hotel right now but relaxed as soon as I walked into this hotel. This was by far the cleanest hotel I have been inside of in a long time! It was spotless. The room was SO clean. The air didn’t just smell like cleaner, it felt CLEAN. Not a speck of dust or dirt, everything spotless. I highly recommend for those losing for a safe place to rest for the night. Great food options nearby, too!
Great room. Shower had shampoo, conditioner, shower gel with pumps. Very convenient and easy. Room was clean and ready.nStaff was very pleasant.nI will be back!
From day one they made it a pleasant experience this was from the entire staff. My room extremely clean l slept well. My privacy as expected was great. Their breakfast not bad they alot better than others. There are several places to eat near here which is a big plus.
Terrible breakfast ! Not very diabetic friendly. Only hot option was a cinnamon roll . I'm kinda tired of the covid excuses, because buffet are now open. It seems like cost cutting is more important than customers comfort. Doesn't really matter because website used to say complete breakfast but they never served potatoes which would make a complete breakfast. So just be prepared to have breakfast somewhere else
My husband and I had an excellent stay at this Holiday Inn! The hotel was in a convenient location and easy to find. Our room and the public locations were extremely clean. I was especially impressed by how clear the protocol for COVID was laid out and how closely they followed regulations. The staff were all very cordial and attentive, they did a great job assisting with anything we needed and any questions we had. I feel the breakfast could've used a bit more variety, but I guess it would've probably been different if we weren't in the midst of a pandemic; it was great regardless.nMy only complaint is that at one point some of the guests in the room either above or next to us were so loud, it sounded like they were banging on the walls and floor and took me out of a dead sleep in the middle of the night. However, I totally understand that doesn't really fall on the hotel, it was just more of a minor annoyance. Overall, we had an excellent stay and enjoyed our weekend here!
