shop goodwill locations across US w a half dozen reward cards. Similar to other reviewers, neat..well stocked...prices HIGH compared to similar locations in higher end markets w higher end labels. 3 people at check out couldn’t answer Sr Citizen program. courteous mgr explained it. stated i needed Buckeye Card also... Why?? Picture ID wouldn’t suffice??nExamples of price compared to a DEN store in trendy area. Glassware Chardon was $2.19 & up. Men’s long sleeve shirts , nothing fancy, $4.49 UP. I will continue to be a customer of good wheels to support their mission. My reason for this is to point out noticeable differences from other locations that other people see also. Within the greater Cleveland Northeast Ohio area their prices are much higher. It would be very simple to have a store operation manual at the register for associates to easily access to inform customers of policies discounts and programs.

Nice Goodwill store, arranged better than most; however, the prices were above what other Goodwill stores charge, but there's lots to choose from

I was made to feel very unwelcome in the Chardon Goodwill this morning. I am medically exempt from wearing a mask because of chronic pulmonary disease. As soon as I entered the store, the manager was called to the checkout. In less than 1 minute, the public service announcement about wearing masks and social distancing was played. Keep in mind that I was overly cautious of social distancing, and never went into an aisle with another patron. During my curtailed 10-15 min in the store the announcement played 2 or 3 times more. I was either being paranoid, or I was being targeted because of my inability to wear a mask. I told the cashier that the repeated announcements make people like myself who are medically unable to wear a mask to feel uncomfortable. That was met with complete silence. As an experiment, about 2 hrs. after my visit I had my daughter stop in after work today wearing a mask and in her 15 -20 minutes in the store the PSA played once.
