SERIOUSLY LACKING GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE. Sales woman wasn't at all interested in helping/answering our questions, and we were her ONLY customers. We went to T Mobile around the corner, staff there was knowledgeable, friendly. Ended up with a great deal on a new phone and a better family plan than what we had with Verizon.
