This location has very rude employees!! The left hand dies not know what the rute is doing. Waited for our food outside..then they don't even have the courtesy to bring ketchup. Took three tries to order and three tries to get it. Very disappointed just to get some food. Customer service needs retrained!!
when I asked the drive-thru attendant to please ask another car waiting to pull forward so I could move my car I was told that they would get to it when they had time. I ended up waiting 25 minutes in the drive-thru because they refused to have this woman move her car. I will never go here ever again!
Freshness of food fries and big mac not qualuty
This place has horrible management. Had an online order placed & they “didn’t have it in their system” after it being taken out of my bank account. Double checked the location on the app and it was right. When brought to the manager she rudely exclaimed that she “can’t do anything”, “can’t give you a refund” “can’t give you food”. Even though the first person to take my order saw it. Confused? Wouldn’t recommend even in a pinch.
Nice location, not extremely busy. In between Norwalk and Sandusky, it is a nice quick stop off without fighting traffic and parking lots. Great customer service. Had a nice easy drive thru experience. The gentleman at the window represented above standard service. Good job at this location.
