They push and push for you to get travel insurance, which we always do when traveling internationally but when it comes time to actually having to use it their team is unresponsive and not helpful. I do not recommend using this agency for your travel planning needs.

We use Professional Travel for our business needs. Ever since using this service, corporate travel has been made so much easier for us. The reporting tools are great, and they have provided a great service to us. Our Rep, Lori McIntee, is an absolute delight to work with and she is very knowledgeable and goes above & beyond to help us - she really made the whole experience a smooth transition and we are lucky to have her.
