If I could post a zero Stars I would. It is no wonder that stores are closing left and right. Customer service has gone right out the window. For the amount of money that you pay for shoes not being able to return them is ridiculous. Even spoke with corporate.
Don't understand when I purchase something n pay for it with my credit card n had to return it I have to wait for 3 to 5 days to get my money back finish line recieve there money immediately after my purchase SMH

Mark shoe prices incorrectly and then wont honor them. Theyll claim its a misprint and charge you more at the register. Just got done buying my Jordans at Footlocker and wont ever be back to Finish Line.
Great soe selection. Although not a very happy staff. Knowledgeable but they don't seem very happy to be where they are.
