I ordered a windchime for a funeral and when I saw it at the funeral I was mortified. It looked nothing like the picture. It said gems would vary, what gem? It was about ten inches long with an oval metal hunk at the top and four or five pieces of short pipe hanging in a row from it. It looked like something from dollar tree. I had to message my husband's cousins and tell them how sorry I was for sending such a disrespectful piece of junk to their mothers service.
The experience I received from this florist was not a good one. They promised that our order (as many Mum's as we needed) would be no problem for a school fundraiser. They then called two days before our previously discussed Mum's order was due to be handed in to inform us that they could no longer provide us with the product. They simply said I guess you will have to refund the people their money or change your order to poinsettia's. Poinsettias in October were not going work or refund money that was meant as a fundraiser. We were very upset as we had to scramble to find another florist that could handle the order (which ended up being about 400 Mums) in a very short time. We will not be using this place for any future school fundraisers or personal orders.
They are the best, I've been going there since the 70s.
