I went in to buy jewelry while my friend was asking about getting a piercing. There was an older guy behing the counter. He made us very comfortable. And honestly he was either not sober or incredibly burnt out. We left. The way he was talking to younger female customers made us so uncomfortable.nnThankfully we came back later and two younger femal employees helped us. I would recommend this place, but avoid it completely if you see this older guy in there.

Denza is the absolute best! She’s very clean, very professional and great conversation! I’d go get another piercing just to talk to her!

I took my 13yo daughter to get her ears pierced. We had a very positive experience. It was a busy Saturday afternoon for them so the wait was pretty long. I would definitely recommend making an appointment beforehand. Staff was knowledgeable and helpful. The piercer my daughter had was really good and explained in detail the aftercare process. The place was kept really clean and looked very professional. The procedure was sterile and we had no issues. My daughter was very pleased with her experience.
