Hours are god awful. Prices are heavily inflated.
I have gone to the west shore campus and had a terrible experience on multiple occasions, I will drive further and out of my way to go to the west campus where customer service is much better. I got a calculator from one campus, found out I needed a different one, and tried to exchange it here and was told I had to go back to the first campus... for the same calculators each campus had. Then when I went back to the other campus was told I could have exchanged it at the first. I have never had a good experience at this campus from the testing center or the rude staff. I will not go back to this campus.
As always very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Renting my textbook was super easy!
Does not answer phone, terrible service in person
Textbooks are over priced no wonder student loan debt is crazy . They need the money for books
