Needing new running shoes and no idea what to buy. Went to Fleet Feet and they did a full foot scan and gait analysis - for free! Staff was friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and patient. I asked a bunch of questions to understand what all the terminology was and why they recommended one shoe over another, and really felt like my satisfaction was top of mind for them. An overall great experience and I highly recommend them!
My experience at Fleet Feet was great! Maggie took care of me and completed my shoe fitting process. She took the time to go through all of my measurements, while suggesting many awesome brands of shoes. I did not feel rushed at all! She was very attentive and considerate. Overall fantastic experience! Will definitely be back!
First time visit.I wanted a good pair of running shoes. My salesman Lou was fantastic. He explained the fitting and foot analysis procedure as we went through it.I tried a couple of pairs and the second pair fit like a glove. I checked out some of the running gear they feature and will definitely be going back again. Great Store!!!!
We had a wonderful experience with Maggie at the Westlake location. We brought in our son (who is on the spectrum). She was patient, kind, and worked efficiently to help us find the best shoes. She did such a wonderful job that I brought both my daughters in after to get fitted for shoes. Great experience and would highly recommend!
I got recommended to use this place for running/walking shoes. Everyone was so nice! They helped me find the right fit and brought out multiple shoe options. I have never had a more comfortable in my life. Will definitely be back.
