So convenient to have a friendly hassle free hardware store 5 minutes from home. The service is amazing and they will take you right to what you need. This is definitely going to be my new favorite for tools and home improvement supplies.
I placed an online order that the store made a mistake fulfilling. Manager Olivia went out of her way to fix the problem for me and is driving out the correct item to save me the trip! Thanks for great customer service, this is why I shop Ace instead of the big boxes!!!
Great store to get all your grilling needs! They have most things a guy needs for bbq'n, what they dont have they happily order in. The manager is always there to take care of special request!

I always have problems particularly at this location. The associates are either inexperienced or flat out rude. I always go to great lengths to avoid this location. I don't have any problems at the other Ace locations I've been to where I've always received help and treated courteously.
