Mr. Joyce and his son moved my piano. They were ONE , the best price. This move included a trip back a week later , to tune , as a real mover knows the piano must rest in place to adjust prior to tuning. They covered the floors, were very respectful at all times, friendly and I felt very comfortable with them in my home. They were on time and Beyond Professional. Mr Joyce will continue to be my Piano Man! For any future needs.

They were quick to move the piano which I appreciated but showed up at the door without masks during the middle of a pandemic. I gave the crew new masks and asked them to where them in the house. One of the 3 put on the mask and the others put it on their chins. I asked again, they put the masks on but when I came back in the room the masks were off again. He came back 2 days later to tune, again no masks, so I offered him another and asked him to wear it in my house. Came back in the room only to find the mask off again. Then he told me it was ok because he had no symptoms. This happened again an hour later. I would not call this company again. They’re willing to take my money but not respect a simple request to wear a mask in my home during a pandemic. Never using them again.

We have used Joyce Piano services multiple times to move and to tune our baby grand piano. He will treat your family heirloom with great care and gentleness. Just watching him pack our piano, I knew it would arrive safely to its new home, no worries. Also, my daughter is always happy when he comes to tune the piano, since he does such a good job.

This man is unreliable, haphazard and crude. He moved my Piano, damaged it, made an appointment to come back for tuning (that I already paid for) as part of the moving fee, and he was going to fix the wood he chipped and he was a no show. Inchased after him, he rescheduled and again... no show. I will leave out the details about the crude part. He has children and a wife and do not want to embarrass the whole family.nnCall anyone else.

GREAT experience! John came out with a helper and was able to get the piano out my old house in just 10-15 minutes! Upon arriving at my new house, they had some big steps to move the piano over but they quickly found a safe way to make it happen. They made it look effortless.nnJohn is a great guy. Really easy to talk with and he genuinely cares about you, your piano and providing great service. Will definitely use again to tune when the time comes around.nnAlso, very affordable compared to other local movers/tuners.
