Great grocery store! High quality produce and non-perishables and the best selections of local products I've seen from a general grocer; you'll pay a premium for those options but you feel better buying them, both when making the purchases and when eating what you've bought later.nnThey've been especially diligent in following COVID procedures, so (if you respect that) it makes for a more comfortable shopping experience, even when the aisles are a bit narrow.

Workers are not rude like people say; I just think people nowadays have thinner skin than people did 15 years ago. Though it’s over priced (it is understandable since it’s locally owned and operated), very classic classy store and great pristine products. Though some patrons are very spoiled and entitled... no shade. Though they should hire older, more experienced and responsible workers, there are just too many teenagers here goofing off and not paying attention; but I understand since they’re teens.

The staff is welcoming, friendly and well-informed. The grocery selection falls midway between the affordably practical (think Giant Eagle or Kroger) and the much higher-priced eclecticism of Whole Foods. The baked goods selection is varied and tasty -- albeit why no scones! This reviewer encourages everyone to try the extraordinary Artisan Harvest Bread.nnCheckout lanes are fast and, as this review is being written during the Coronavirus pandemic, safety protocols are in place and enforced. Online ordering, curbside pickup and home delivery options are available.nnVisiting Cleveland for the first time? Plan a stop at the landmark downtown location for it's ambience and beauty.

We got more than we needed in the fresh produce...it was all so beautiful, for Easter dinner. And topped it off with the most delightful and delicious cake

Staff is almost always friendly. Selection is good.nnMy only concern is how much restocking is happening during max capacity hours, causing bottlenecks and getting closer to other customers.
