My husband and I booked our 2 week honeymoon in Italy and France through Lisa and she was an absolute pleasure to work with. She found us great hotels that were romantic, trendy, good value, and within our budget. Lisa organized access to different VIP lounges in the airports. She also coordinated car rentals, train tickets, and all the international flights for us and everything went without a hitch. We highly recommend Lisa and Action Travel!!!
I as well as a number of family members have booked trips through Action Travel and they were a pleasure to work with! They made it so easy! When you go on vacation, it is supposed to be relaxing, and they made sure of just that. Check them out for any of your travel needs and ask for Lisa! She's the best!
We paid over $10000 for our family of 7 to travel to a resort in Cancun. The travel agent had been to this particular resort and highly recommended it. Not only did the agent, Lisa, mess up a variety of details before we left, when we arrived at the resort we found that our family would not be able to eat dinner together because the policy of the resort is no parties larger than 6 people in any place they served dinner. We are beyond distraught. How could someone who actually been to the resort in good conscience recommend it for us. I would be very cautious if using this company.
Lisa our agent, did not get our seats assignment for the plane told us to do it ourself. When we came in to get her to help us with seats she was rude and acted like we were a bother. We did a Globus tour. Suggest you go to their web site and do it yourself, save yourself some money and frustration
