Henry Bell Clinic

My experience at Bell's Clinic was the most horrible thing I ever had in a doctor's office. The staff was incompetent and lazy. I had a serious medical problem but they acted like it was fine. I keep coming back so they sent me to another doctor for another opinion. Btw it took them a whole year of me being in pain and constantly going to see them. Come to find out I need special testing. That they were too lazy to do. When I found out I need physical therapy and surgery that had to be authorized. They claimed I wasn't even a patient and I had no medical file with them. I've been going there since I was 5 years old. I also have to mention how they told me something was wrong with my bladder and kidneys. This was after they told me I wasn't a patient but called me for a yearly exam. Sent me to another doctor(they did this a lot) and then when the other doctor asked for authorization for a specialist. They kept claiming they didn't get. So, I took it too them and they lost it.So, once again I had it mailed,faxed ,emailed and I handed it in personally. Guess what happened???...all four were lost. In the end my insurance company personally authorized it with the promise that I change primary care providers. Come to find out it was due to my system being unable to handle all the medication they had prescribed(another thing they constantly kept doing rather then helping to figure out the problem) My condition could not be treated with medication. If I could review and give 0 stars I would but since I can't. I will say the the only good thing I like about them is Ashley( who I think left) and David. Unless I had one of them I would rather die then go there for medical treatment.

He's been my doc. for about as long as I can remember ( since I was little ) & now, 23. I suggest going too see David M. wouldn't want anyone else, honestly.nnThank you David M. ♡

Dr.David and the dr. From Clarksville has been my children's Dr. For several years now...I can't complain about the treatment that either one has ever received from them. They r very caring and have pretty much whatever they need. Thank you for truely caring

Too much miscommunication between nurses, doctor, and patient.

Mixed feelings I went in there to do my physical and was there a little bit before my appointment and I still had to wait over half an hour before they took me in and when they did take me in I waited over half an hour for the doctor to show up to do my 5-minute test
