Usually very busy. Sometimes a little bit of a wait for pickup, but the food is made fresh. Staff is usually always really nice, helpful, fast and efficient. Please keep up the great work ud83eudd70
Horrible service I ordered my food over the phone and when I got there the order was wrong they brought the manager to the window and he was so rude and had a very nasty attitude excuse my order was rang in wrong and refused to fix it told me I would have to pay extra to correct my order. Will not be returning to this location neer had this problem with their other stores.
Just took out a rib tip dinner. The box was heavy. When I got home and opened the box, the food was steaming hot! Plenty of napkins. And the ribs cooked to tender perfection and sauced just right. The most satisfying rib tip dinner I've ever eaten.
Ordered rib and shrimp combo online and thought fries came with this order but you have to check the box for the kind of fries you want to order. The ribs ere tender but they pulled a quick one. I was supposed to get 6 jumbo shrimp but they had 3 in top and the other 3 were small. Also, I wanted extra sauce and the lady said it would cost $.70. When I opened the container there was no sauce on my ribs at all, so she gave me two bbq sauces. Moral of the story -- make sure you check your order before leaving the establishment.
I called to cancel my order after waiting 2plus hours for delivery.The manager said he was refunding my money. I called 3 days later to let them know I still haven’t received my money back, this time, this manager gave me a hard time told me, my order was delivered & that he don’t have time to talk to me... Like huh??!! Excuse Me!!!???? Y’all stole from me....
