My husband and I visited Alson Jewelers for me to look for a replacement wedding band. Bonnie B. greeted us and took us to view the style of ring I was interested. She was personable, friendly and definitely added fun to our experience! Bonnie seemed genuinely attentive to help me find a ring that suited my taste and preference, never pressuring the sale. However, with her experience and knowledge for the designers, styles and materials; and by engaging with me on a personal level, she was able to show me a few designs I may have otherwise overlooked. One being for me the perfect wedding band!nI would like to add that I looked at rings at another fine establishment. That experience can be summed up as just trying on a ring. While it was a lovely ring, it did not compare to those at Alson`s. Additionally, there was no personal attention to me, my interest and style. We have been loyal customers of Alson Jewelers for 25 years! Integrity, knowledge and excellent customer service are the key reasons why we have a longstanding business relationship with this jeweler. Whenever we are in need of a special gift, we reach out to Heather, because she is not only knowledgable, but makes our experience pleasant and fun! Recently, I needed to have batteries replaced in several of my husband's watches. I brought them into Heather expecting to drop them off, but was told that the job would be completed in 15 minutes. I also have a special piece of jewelry that I never take off unless it needs to be repaired. Alson is the only store that I trust to get the job done right because of their integrity and attention to detail!

I bought my first Rolex here. They were very friendly and walked me through the process, since they were hard to come by at the time and I had to be added to a list. By surprise, they got the watch I wanted in a week. I was super excited to get it so quickly. I have since come back to remove a link, after losing a bunch of weight, and they had it done in a few minutes and refused to charge me anything. Always a pleasure to stop in and I'll be looking forward to my next purchase or service with them!

I was interested in purchasing some diamond earrings so I walked into Alson where I Was assisted by MRS.Laura C. ! She assisted me and told me all about the quality and color of the diamond I didn’t even know Diamonds had color for god sake. Lol however .. I purchased these beautiful earrings and then I returned a month later and purchased better appealing earrings I am so grateful for her helping me to the extent that she did with just simply understanding and explaining exactly what I was purchasing! I didn’t feel any pressure like a car salesman would make you feel. Great experience and I will be back
