Took a vehicle in for an electrical issue with a taillight only to be told days later after I was forced to pay over the phone that the vehicle wouldn't start and he didn't know why. Vehicle was then pulled out and left outside with the dash undone and windows down, with no power . When asking when my vehicle would be worked on and finished, as it was used for business and had been down for a week already, the owner became rude and extremely aggressive, hanging up the phone on me. I called AAA and had the vehicle towed to Bubba's Automotive on Rockside where they told me the fuel pump had been disconnected AND the taillight issue I had paid for had not been fixed. Bubba's got the vehicle running within one day. This shop is a scam and the owner deliberately disconnected the fuel pump in an effort to get more money. The fuel pump had nothing to do with why the vehicle was bought in, again for a taillight electrical issue. My company lost two weeks worth of revenue behind this. Use Bubba's. They're busy but worth the wait. I'd rate this shop zero stars if I could!
