Just placed an order and the young man was extremely rude! I understand he is busy, but there are other places I could have called! When I asked for his name he refused to give it. I asked to speak with a manager and he placed me on hold and a manager never came to the phone. Shame on you! I will take my business elsewhere! I don't trust them not to serve me quality food after that experience.
I ordered pizzas as 4:23pm for a 5:30pm delivery.nnWith no sign of the delivery at 5:46pm, I called the store and after being placed on a long hold, I was told the pizzas were on their way.nnHowever, they did not arrive until 6:08pm, 38 minutes late.nnThis poor service was very disappointing and I would urge caution about patronizing this business as they don’t seem to care about their commitments to their customers.
Was told I would get a credit for a pizza that you guys messed up, and when I called another day to redeem it you are acting like you don't owe me anything... pretty slimy
I'm not sure what's going on with their mail delivery or who is messing up but for the past 2 months the coupons I receive on Wednesdays are for Marcos in Stow, Akron, Cuyahoga Falls not for our area.
Fully cooked, tasty and over nice staff.
