This might be the worst office i have ever called. I was put on hold for 20 minutes when asked to speak to a representative and then when it was finally picked up it was just a woman talking to a man about a projector they just bought and an adapter cord they needed to buy. Completely oblivious to the fact that I was on the phone and listening to them. I attempted to get their attention but it did not work. Thanks for wasting my time. Hope your projector is nice.

The employees at this office are fabulous! We waited about 20 minutes and they couldn't have been more friendly from our first contact with the woman at the window to the gentleman that answered our questions in detail. They were all great. Thank you so much.

When I was at the Social Security office, I was there about 2:00 pm. It was rather busy. I was worried we would be there a long time!! Here it wasn't that bad at all. The staff have a very good system in place where they place you in categories according to your individual problems. I think it's a great way to keep people who just need to get a reward letter to a full review from being able to not get stuck behind. The only problem I have is with no outside drop off box. If you are off to a late start and need something turned in by a certain time you have to wait till they are open. Sometimes drop offs on the outside can save you from having problems with your benefits! Thank you.
