I had one of the most horrible experiences at this Post Office. The Post office Clerk Kenton has one of the most nastiest attitudes and is VERY unprofessional. I have a lot of respect for USPS workers and have never been so disappointed by one till I went here and dealt with Kenton. I even wrote out a complaint and got sent this generic email from the location, I posted it so you can see how they completely didn’t even care to send an actual personal email. In the future I hope Kenton gets the help he needs to be a better USPS employee.
Do not bother to go here!!! I went to this post office to send a package away and the front customer associates were rude and the prices were a rip off. Go to the UPS stores that just a few minutes away where they’ll treat you the way you should. The local UPS will ship your items for cheaper are kinder people who aren’t miserable.
Don't drop off packages here, absolute bureaucrats they take pride in marking things return to sender if they are so much as an ounce off. Pay more to ship out with FedEx or UPS or go into another post office but avoid this one.
The facility was clean and lines were acceptable for a USPS facility but one of the staff members was very rude to an elderly couple that were trying to purchase a money order. In addition to this incident I witnessed, the staff member assisting me was not familiar with the correct procedure for shipping batteries.nnBack to Rocky River I go, I live around the corner but the service there make it worth the trip (+10 mins each way). Good customer service is worth the trip.
I always have efficient service. I go there almost every day and couldn’t be happier about my experience. The employees deal with even the most disrespectful customers with care.
