John at Gianna Jewelers was wonderful to work with!nnMy fiance and I had an antique engagement ring that needed to be restored. I took the ring to another store first, and the jewelers there didn't want to touch it, and instead tried to get me to buy other products.nnI looked up John's website and saw he made custom pieces, so brought the ring to him. He was great!! He loved the idea of restoring the piece, and it is so BEAUTIFUL. It's platinum, which is harder to work with than other metals, and I'm amazed at what he was able to do. It looks brand new!nnI definitely recommend Gianna Jewelers - easy to work with. Great communication, low pressure setting. Very happy with the final product!
